OCCUPYING DIRT FOR THE DURATION OF A VAPOR

It is imperative that we read the Bible for ourselves instead of just depending on others to tell us what it says. God gave all of us brains so that we can think for ourselves. I recently received a letter from a woman stating that many evangelists are falling away from God’s truth that’s found in the Bible and she believes they are taking thousands with them. I don’t take the time to watch TV so I don’t hear what kinds of things television evangelists are saying. But lately, through this woman and others, I’m hearing that the TV preachers are saying it would be all right to receive a microchip injection because it can’t be the mark of the beast mentioned in the Book of Revelation. They’re apparently saying that Christians would not be here if the microchip injection was the mark of the beast – they say we would have been “raptured” out of here by the time that mark is required in order to buy or sell. This woman stated that she has a Christian video of a well-known evangelist named Hal who was declaring that very thing. This woman goes on to say that the tribulation is not the wrath of God but the wrath of Satan on God’s people and God is allowing it to separate the wheat from the chaff. I agree with her because I read it for myself in the Bible. Many saints of God will be killed “for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, nor in their hands….” Rev. 20:4 This verse alone tells me that the people of God had a chance to worship the beast and receive his mark. They refused and were killed.

Another scripture which makes it clear that some followers of Jesus Christ will be around at that time is Rev. 15:2 -–John the revelator saw in his vision “them that had gotten victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name….”
Why would John say that the people of God had gotten the victory over all that if they weren’t even there? Why would there be any mention of the blood of the saints and the blood of the martyrs in Rev. 17:6 unless those people had been killed? Keep in mind these scriptures, which are found in the last pages of the Bible, are talking about the time before the return of the King of Kings. We know this if we take the time to read the scriptures for ourselves.

I can’t understand why so few people care about reading the entire Bible. To me it’s a giant love letter from the Creator himself. It’s been preserved for us over hundreds and hundreds of years so that we and those who lived before us and those who will come after us can understand our heavenly Father. Through His Word, He lets us know that He has plans for us to give us a future and a hope. He makes us aware of dangers that could ruin our future. People have been forewarned well in advance (2,000 years, in fact) that there would come a time, before the return of Christ, when people would be forced to receive a mark IN their right hand or forehead. Incidentally, the correct word is IN, not “on” – there’s a huge difference. And we’re forewarned about what happens to those who receive such a mark: Rev. 14:9-11 “If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.”
Also, in Rev. 16:2 it says “there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshiped his image….”

Huge progress is being made at this very moment toward getting people to accept a microchip injection. There is a lot of information out now about identity theft and people are becoming quite concerned over it. I’ve had several people tell me that there are television commercials giving warnings about identity theft. Some of the commercials apparently show people talking about being able to procure all sorts of merchandise by stealing the identity of others.

I recently received a report stating in big bold letters (bigger than anything on the report) that ‘The FBI has named identity theft as the fastest growing crime in America.’ There’s a company that offers a solution to this identity theft problem. It’s called VeriChip. VeriChip is a part of Applied Digital Solutions Company. The company offers ‘implantable personal verification’ in the form of a microchip injection that is activated by a scanner. A 125-kilohertz radio frequency signal passes from the scanner, which activates the chip under the person’s skin. The signal from the microchip is transmitted to an instant access computer database/global registry. (There is no battery in the device as some people have thought.)

One way that the chip is being promoted is by claiming that the risk of theft, loss, duplicating or counterfeiting of data is reduced or eliminated. The company makes the claim that VeriChip products are being used for homeland security and as a way to curb identity theft and prevent fraudulent access to banking and credit card accounts.

Some of the phrases used on the internet website for the VeriChip that describe the microchip injection information include such things as “Get Chipped,” “There when you need it,” and “Unlike traditional forms of identification, VeriChip can’t be lost, stolen, misplaced or counterfeited.” Dealer/distributor employment opportunities are offered and stockholders of the company are offered a $ 50.00 discount for the injection procedure. Also, a $ 50.00 “introductory savings” is offered to the first 100,000 registrants at the time of their “chipping” procedure. A picture of a ‘ChipMobile’ which looks like a medical facility on wheels can be seen on the website as well as the statement, “The ChipMobile is on the Move! Watch for the ChipMobile coming to your town!” The website inquirer is invited to check back at a later date for the ChipMobile’s schedule….
The Applied Digital Solutions patent information reveals that other monitoring technologies that have been patented and marketed in the past are unsuitable for the widespread location, recovery and identifi-cation of people.

I spoke with a doctor in one of the Authorized VeriChip Centers located in Florida. He is one of nearly a dozen doctors listed in the website who are set up for the chipping procedure. The doctor mentioned during our telephone conversation that the ChipMobile has visited his clinic and is up and running although the chipping procedure itself has not yet begun on the populace at large. This doctor has already been chipping children in other countries where there are a lot of problems with child abduction. He mentioned Trinidad in particular as having numerous requests for the chipping procedure. This doctor performed the chipping procedure on the first Alzheimer’s patient.

According to the Florida doctor, the microchip injection procedure consists of a pre-injection of local anesthesia and then the chip is injected through a much bigger needle. The cost of the procedure is $ 450 which includes a pre-surgery visit, the surgery itself and then a follow-up visit. So far the doctor has only placed the injections on the back of the arm between the elbow and shoulder of several patients, but has recently been asked to place the chip in the hand of a police officer so that his gun, being rigged with a reader in its handle, would not be able to operate if separated from the chip in the officer’s hand.

The doctor claims to have a waiting list of roughly a hundred people locally wanting the chip implantation procedure but is waiting for the hospitals to get the necessary scanning devices up and running which he fully expects to happen in the near future. He believes that this new technology will be used to save lives because it will contain complete medical records.

According to a reliable news source, in participating cities of our nation homeless people will receive a mandatory radio-frequency tag that will be implanted under the skin so that social workers and police can track their movements. Tracking stations mounted on telephone poles will be used to transmit data from the radio frequency tag to the police and social service workers who will be able to use computer software to track the movement of the homeless in real time. The technology is also expected to discourage homeless people from committing crimes. The participating states will receive multimillion-dollar grants from the federal program called Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH). This is the first program to forcibly implant humans with tracking devices.

The technology is also becoming more widely adopted as a way for retailers to track merchandise. One huge retail chain store will soon be requiring its suppliers to place tracking devices on shipping crates and pallets.

Mexico’s attorney general and at least 160 employees in his office have recently been implanted with microchips manufactured by VeriChip Corporation which allows them access to secure areas of their headquarters. Mexico’s top federal prosecutors and investigators began receiving chip implants in their arms in November. More will receive the implant in coming months including the Mexican military and police. The chips are required in order to gain access to a new federal anti-crime information center for security access. More than 1,000 Mexicans have been implanted for medical reasons. Hospitals can now use a scanning device to download a chip’s serial number and can access information about a patient including their blood type, name and other information on a computer. Mexican authorities were able to use the technology in March of this year to break up a crime ring of kidnappers.

The only thing keeping this from happening on a wide scale here in the United States right now is approval from the Food and Drug Administration. VeriChip has already sold 7,000 microchips to distributors across the United States. A Florida family has undergone the chipping procedure expecting that some day their medical information will be automatically relayed to hospital emergency room staff.

So, the chipping procedure has already been done on a number of people and guess what! The rapture hasn’t happened yet! What if we will actually need to be strong like our Christian brothers and sisters in other countries? The pre-tribulation rapture doctrine is an American doctrine. Sure, some will be “caught up” as in I Thessalonians 4:17, but that’s only for those who “are alive and remain” at the end, “unto the coming of the Lord” as mentioned in verse 15 of that same chapter. I think it’s time we Americans wake up and realize that, even despite all of this national pride we exhibit across the land, we’re not immune to tribulation and that we had better decide in advance what we would do in the event that during our lifetime we find ourselves unable to buy or sell without a mark that has to do with an image that speaks and that causes resistors to be killed. A 2,000-year warning should be sufficient for us to take this thing seriously.

We would do well to just consider ourselves mere flesh made of dirt (the chemical composition of flesh and dirt are the same) with a life span equivalent to that of a vapor in comparison to the vastness of eternity. James 4:14 says: “Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow, for what is your life? It is even a vapour that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.”

We don’t know what’s going to happen with our lives – what will be required of us – so with growing into more and more of this way of thinking, we can more consistently “walk in the spirit” rather than being so much in the flesh, realizing that if we’re killed because of our love for Jesus Christ and because of our belief in the Word of God, we’re just being helped to get where we want to go sooner anyway. In Philippians 1:28-29 the Apostle Paul tells us “in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God. For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on Him, but also to suffer for His sake.” Earlier in the same chapter Paul tells us “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.’ It’s all about magnifying Christ, ‘whether it be by life or by death.” (verse 20) We’re not our own anyway. We are bought with a Price, we were created by Him and FOR Him (Colossians 1:16); for HIS purpose, not ours.

A Romanian pastor, Richard Wurmbrandt, knew what it was like to suffer for Christ. He had smuggled Bibles into Romania and, because of that, he endured 14 years of imprisonment and the tortures that went with it. He warned that severe Christian persecution would come to America and wrote a booklet giving us advice based on his experiences. In his booklet he says it is necessary to know in advance what we’re going to do because it is incredibly easy to buckle under pressure. He saw in his country Christians betray one another causing their brothers and sisters in Christ to be imprisoned, tortured, and sometimes even put to death. Many families were left with no way to take care of themselves. Those Christians (who probably thought beforehand that they were strong) did not have the strength to endure. “And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” Mark 13:13. We must be willing to lay down our lives for Christ’s sake no matter what. Jesus tells us in Luke 9:24 “Whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for My sake, the same hall save it.”

We only occupy this dirt for the duration of a vapor for the purpose of passing or failing the testing which determines where our real self – our spirit – will spend eternity.

This implantable microchip technology is very likely going to be implemented in the very near future. This is a good time to start getting on our knees in prayer more often, reading God’s giant love letter to us, the Bible, and fasting in hope of being counted worthy of escaping the coming trouble.

Luke 21:36 reads, “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.”

No matter what happens, DON’T TAKE THE MARK! Preserving your earthly life just for the purpose of continuing a little longer to occupy a human body made of dirt for the duration of a vapor is certainly not worth the eternal consequences you would reap in so doing. Just put your trust in the Lord while seeking His kingdom and His righteousness.
